Valve assembly cell

Assembly and marking of motorbike frames.

One of the main challenges was to find a flexible solution, valid for all the frames, instead of systems limited to each individual model. The other requirement was to reduce the noise generated by microdot marking. We created a robotic cell with both microdot and laser technologies, equipped with smart interchangeable pallets. The entire cell is completely soundproofed with sound-absorbing materials adapted from recording studios.
